Pomegranate Salad with Celery and Mint Leaves

My mom taught me how to make this simple delicious salad. It’s super easy to prepare as it only has only 3 ingredients. This is a great refreshing, low-cal snack.
Peel the pomegranate and take out all of the seeds, and put in a medium sized bowl. (Patience is the key to taking apart a pomegranate, and don’t forget to wear an apron!)
Chop the celery and mint leaves, and add to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients. Dig in and Enjoy!
