Lov-er-ly idea! With tender arugula in the garden now, I shall hunt for mint in my neighbors corner bed! Chestnuts are my favorite this time of year, so thanks for the post. Happy Holidays!
What a wonderful idea!
I love the bowl 🙂
Love this new twist on a classic pesto! Its looks delicious and the photographs are beautiful as always!
Nice recipe! Very tasty with mint
I absolutely love the creativity of this recipe! The use of chestnuts in a pesto recipe in winter is absolutely inspired and I can imagine how heavenly it must taste.
We’re celebrating holiday recipes this month on the Shine Supper Club and a recipe like this one would make a lovely contribution. I hope you’ll join us!
